Unit Composition – Our experts will conduct a joint survey of the facility along with the property owner’s team to assess requirements.
Scope of Work – A detailed scope of work will be prepared to fulfill the requirements of the property.
Consultation – One-to-one meetings and consultations will be held for any addition or removal in the scope of services.
Deployment – Upon confirmation of agreement and work order, we will deploy manpower and equipment as required, along with supervision and coordination teams.
Client Responsibility – The client must provide the required infrastructure to enable smooth performance of duties and ensure satisfactory services.
Employment Restriction – None of our employees may be hired directly or indirectly by the facility owner (Principal Employer) during or after the contract period.
Contract Validity – The contract will be valid for one year and will be automatically extended for subsequent years with mutual consent or by revising the terms.
Termination of Contract – Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month’s written notice or payment in lieu of notice.
Statutory Compliance – We will maintain all statutory obligations such as payment of minimum wages, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave, HRA, and other benefits, including providing uniforms and seasonal wear to employees.
Payment Terms – Bills must be submitted on or before the 3rd day of every month and should be settled before the 7th of the same month, ensuring timely disbursement of wages and statutory contributions.
Right to Withdraw Services – SFMS reserves the right to withdraw services without prior notice if payments against services are not made on time.
